  Research fields:
  Membrane purification of crude edible oils
  Cleaning of oily wastewaters by membranes
  Membrane filtration of milk derivatives
  Intensification  of the ultrafiltration process
  Energy efficient vacuum drying of biomaterials
  Computer aided technical and economical modelling of industrial production chains and environmental applications
  Membrane emulsification & encapsulation and process intensification with turbulence promotion.

  Dr. Edit MÁRKI, Associate professor at Department of Food Engineering, Corvinus University of Budapest;Member of the European Membrane Society;Member of Hungarian Chemists Society and the Agro-research group of the Hungarian Academy.
    Her research topics are:

  •     Theory and application of membrane pervaporation;
  •     removal of sulphur dioxide  and organic solvent vapors from flue gases or air by conventional- and membrane absorption;
  •     studying membrane desorption for regeneration of used absorbent.
