郭仁拥,博士,教授,博士生导师,2016年国家自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金获得者。主要从事交通行为建模与分析、城市经济学、社会计算、运筹学、城市大数据计算与处理等方面的研究。已在 Transportation Research Part B和Part C、Transportation Science、Journal of Statistical Mechanics、Physical Review E、Networks and Spatial Economics等期刊发表学术论文60余篇,其中40余篇被 SCI/SSCI检索。主持国家自然科学基金项目4项、教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”项目1项。

报告简介

We extend the proportional swap system and the network tatonnement process to formulate the day-to-day evolution of departure time choice under bounded rationality in the bottleneck model. It is shown that the stationary points of the doubly dynamical systems exist and are equivalent to the boundedly rational user equilibrium (BRUE) points. We propose a dynamic pricing policy implemented in the day-to-day evolution process. Despite that the stationary points correspond to a set of BRUE points and the day-to-day departure rate without pricing may not converge to the set of BRUE points, the pricing policy can drive the day-to-day departure rate to reach a new equilibrium state, which is system-optimal (SO). The convergence to the SO state is theoretically proved. Finally, by numerical examples, we demonstrate the properties of the doubly dynamical systems and the effectiveness of the pricing policy.
